HGP continues to support a balanced regional economy through UK wide investment with 95% of homes delivered outside of London as at October 2024

HGP is supporting the delivery of energy efficient homes with a 92% of homes completed since inception obtaining an EPC rating of B or better

HGP supports the delivery of affordable housing : over 1,500 affordable housing units committed to, equating to 15% of total commitments

As at October 2024 HGP’s investment has enabled the completion of over 4,200 homes to date and a further 8,300 units are under development

HGP has worked with 87 different partners

35 of these partners work with HGP on a multi-site basis

To date HGP’s Senior Advisors have provided more than 1,200 days of support working with our partners.
